1. About these terms

These terms apply when you buy from Netinfosec Solutions Limited ("we") through this website. By placing an order you agree to them and to our Privacy Notice. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.

2. Your account

Your first order creates a customer account under your email address, and we email you a link to set your password. Keep your password private. If your email already has an account, you must sign in to order. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Orders and prices

Prices are in Kenya Shillings as shown at checkout. Delivery fees are shown before you place your order. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we call to confirm it, and the contract is made when we confirm. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error, and we will refund anything you have paid.

4. Payment

You can pay by M-Pesa to our till or paybill, or in cash on delivery where offered. We will never ask for your M-Pesa PIN. Goods remain ours until they are paid for in full.

5. Delivery and collection

We deliver within Nairobi, send to other towns by courier, or you can collect from our office in Kasarani. Delivery times we give are estimates. Please check your goods when they arrive and tell us within 48 hours if anything is missing or damaged in transit.

6. Returns and warranty

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. If an item is faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it once the fault is confirmed. Unused items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days unless they were cut to length, specially ordered or installed. Returns of non-faulty items may be charged for delivery.

7. Installation services

Installation, cabling and other technical services are quoted separately and are governed by the quotation you accept.

8. Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of business or profit, except where the law does not allow this to be limited.

9. Personal data

We use your personal data only as set out in our Privacy Notice, in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019.
